Complete production process
Wire drawing: A metal rod is drawn into a fine wire of the required diameter through a die that is gradually reduced in size.
2. Cold forging: At room temperature, metal wires are cut into sections and forged into basic shapes such as bolts and screws through high-pressure molds.
3. Thread rolling: Precise threads are formed on the surface of fasteners through rolling processing with a die featuring a threaded pattern (without cutting the material).
